Moody
Moody, a recreational marijuana line focuses on the effects different strains of cannabis have on a person’s mood. Recreational marijuana of the 1970s was imported and much less potent than it is today. With advancing technology and legalization, a majority of cannabis consumed is now grown in the United States. This has allowed focused research to start specializing in specific strains to control mood.

Product Design
When designing the product I wanted it to be something fun because of its recreational use. For inspiration I observed patterns from the 1970s. I appreciated the energy and life of the patterns, but wanted to tone them down a notch so that each strain reflected a specific mood. In order to accomplish this goal I limited the patterns to tones and shades of the same color.
